Q. How long will my new Membership be active?
A. Your new Membership will be active for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Q. Will I receive Member Prices on my order at GNC.com today?
A. If you purchase a GNC Gold Card at a store or on GNC.com, you will be able to use your Gold Card immediately to get Member Pricing on your purchases. Please be advised that Gold Cards purchased in a store may not work on GNC.com immediately. You may have to wait a short period of time before you are able to use your Gold Card on GNC.com. Contact a customer service representative any time at GNC.com/helpdesk or by phone at 1-877-GNC-4700 if you have questions about your Gold Card.
Q. When will the Gold Card I received from GNC.com be activated for purchases in GNC Stores?
A. Please allow two weeks for your new Membership to be processed online and activated for use on purchases in GNC Stores. Once you complete your order online, you will receive a temporary Gold Card number that you can use while your Gold Card is shipped to your address and activated.
Q. How do I use my new Gold Card to get Member Prices on future purchases?
A. Show your Gold Card to a store associate at any GNC Store in America at the time of purchase to receive Member Pricing, saving you up to 50% on every item.
When shopping online at GNC.com, you can add your new Gold Card to your online account by entering your Gold Card number. Here’s how:
