Q. How long will my new Membership be active?
A. Your new Membership will be active for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Q. Will I receive Member Pricing on my order at GNC.com today?
A. Yes. You will automatically receive Member Pricing, saving you up to 50%, when you check out today at GNC.com and include the free Membership card in your order.
Q. Is my current GNC Gold Card automatically part of the Member Price Program?
A. Yes. If you currently have an active GNC Gold Card, you are automatically enrolled in the new Member Price Program. You will receive Member Pricing every day at any GNC Store in America and any time at GNC.com when you use your active GNC Gold Card.
Q. If my GNC Gold Card is expired, can I receive a free Membership?
A. Yes. Everyone can participate in this limited time offer to receive a new Membership. When you receive your new Membership card in the mail, use the number on that card to get Member Pricing at any GNC Store in America and any time at GNC.com.
Q. Does GNC still have a Gold Card Week promotion?
A. Prior to May 2013, GNC customers who purchased a GNC Gold Card received discounts on purchases made during the first week of each month in participating GNC Stores and online at GNC.com. Q. When will the free Membership card I received from GNC.com be activated for purchases in GNC Stores?
A. Please allow two weeks for your new Membership to be processed online and activated for use on purchases in GNC Stores. Once you complete your order online, you will receive a temporary Member number that you can use while your Membership card is shipped to your address and activated.
